How long will it take?

Every mug is printed to order, so there are two parts to the wait: making it, and posting it.

• Making your mug

  Usually 2 to 3 working days.

• Standard delivery — £3.49

  3 to 5 working days once it has been posted.

If your mug is a present for a particular day, order at least ten days beforehand to be safe.

In a hurry? Priority production

Every mug joins the print queue in the order it comes in. If yours is urgent — a birthday this week, a last-minute gift — you can add Priority production in your basket for £3.95.

It moves your order to the front of the queue, so we print and post it ahead of the standard ones. It does not change the postage itself — your mug still travels on our standard delivery — but getting it out of the door sooner usually means it reaches you a day or two earlier.

Returns

If your mug arrives broken, or it is not what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. You will not pay for the return.

Because each mug is printed with your own photo we cannot resell it, so we cannot take one back simply because you changed your mind. That said, if you are unhappy with how it turned out, tell us — we would rather put it right than leave you with a mug you do not want.
