Ordering
Your order is accepted once we have taken payment and sent you a confirmation email. Prices include VAT; delivery is added at checkout.
The photo you upload
By uploading a photo you confirm it is yours to use, and you give us permission to print it on the product you have ordered. We may refuse an order if the image is unlawful or offensive, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Cancelling
Because each mug is made specifically for you, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once production has begun. If you get in touch before then we will cancel and refund you.
If something is wrong
If your mug arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including the cost of sending it back. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, though we will always help you chase a late parcel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
