Who we are

Dog Mug sells personalised dog mugs in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can make and send your order.
• The photo you upload, so we can print it on your mug.
• Your basket and order history.
• If you accept cookies, information about how you use the site.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Who we share it with

We pass on only what is needed to fulfil your order:

• Stripe — to take payment.
• Printify — your delivery address and your artwork, so your mug can be made and posted.
• Google and Meta — only if you accept cookies, and only for measuring our advertising.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your photo

We use the photo you upload solely to make your mug. We will not use it in our advertising without asking you first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Some cookies are needed to keep your basket working — those are always on. Anything used for measuring or advertising is only set if you accept it, and the shop works exactly the same if you do not.
